IONIQ 6
The Hyundai Ioniq 6 continues into 2025 with head-turning styling and notable all-electric performance. With a range of up to 342 miles, this EV stands out in an increasingly competitive EV marketplace thanks to its great array of features and brisk acceleration (as quick as 4.6 seconds for a zero-to-60 mph dash). And speed takes another form with this one: it can be rapid-charged in as little as 18 minutes.
America’s Best Warranty is also part of the Ioniq 6’s value. This extraordinary coverage provides bumper-to-bumper protection for 5 years or 60,000 miles and powertrain protection for 10 years or 100,000 miles (including coverage for the main EV battery). Hyundai also provides three years of complimentary scheduled maintenance and five years of roadside assistance.

Hyundai offers the 2025 Ioniq 6 in four trims: SE Standard Range, SE, SEL, and Limited. The budget-friendly SE Standard Range features a single rear-axle electric motor powered by a 53.0 kWh lithium-ion battery. Its rear-wheel-drivetrain (RWD) produces 149 horsepower and offers a maximum range of 240 miles. The higher trims have a 77.4 kWh battery paired with a larger RWD electric motor to make 225 horsepower. Range varies from 291 to 342 miles, depending on the trim and equipment. The SE, SEL, and Limited can be upgraded to all-wheel drive, which adds a front-axle motor. The system produces a combined 320 horsepower and range estimates of 270 to 316 miles.
Under peak conditions, a Level 3/DC fast charger can charge any Ioniq 6 trim from 10% to 80% in about 18 minutes. Using a Level 2/240 volt charger, the same activity takes about 5 hours and 20 minutes for the SE Standard Range and just under 7 hours for the other trims.
Standard Features
The SE Standard Range starts the Ioniq 6 range with a long roster of standard equipment that includes dual-zone automatic climate control, stain-resistant fabric upholstery, an eight-way power driver's seat with lumbar support, a power trunk with automatic opening, proximity keyless entry, push-button start, a power open/close charge port door, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. The Ioniq 6 SEL gets several upgrades, including H-Tex leatherette upholstery, Digital Key, ambient cabin lighting, wireless device charging, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and 20-inch wheels. At the peak of the lineup, the Limited has further enhancements: a sunroof, heated and ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a driver's memory system, a head-up display, an eight-way power front passenger seat, power-folding side mirrors, unique exterior accents, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability (for powering tools and other electrical equipment).
