2023 Hyundai Palisade for Sale in Springfield, MA

Overview
The debut of the Hyundai Palisade for the 2020 model year marked a breakthrough for the popular Korean automaker: finally there was an affordable choice among premium utility vehicles. The Palisade is the very essence of Hyundai’s approach of delivering more for less, especially with the improvements that come as part of a mid-cycle refresh. Before the ’23 edition hits the street later this summer, we offer a preview of these noteworthy changes.
Updated Exterior for 2023
Hyundai tweaks the 2023 Palisade just enough to give it a fresh look without altering the vehicle’s distinctive shape and presence. It all starts with a new bumper design complemented by a more angular and vertical grille. The revised headlights tie directly into the grille configuration for a cohesive fascia. Newly designed multi-spoke alloy wheels catch the eye and accentuate the vehicle’s profile. On the practical side, the Palisade now has auto-dimming side mirrors as part of an expanded standard equipment roster.
Refreshed Interior
The Palisade will be eligible for some noteworthy available features that help to ratchet up the level of comfort and convenience. As an example, the 2023 Palisade is the first Hyundai model to offer heated seating for third-row passengers. The second row can be optioned with wing-out headrests and ventilated seats for enhanced comfort, and acoustic-laminated door glass comes on the Calligraphy trim to keep the ride tranquil.
The operator will get to enjoy the most upgrades, especially with the debut of the Ergo-motion driver’s seat, which maximizes support and comfort on any length drive. The redesigned steering wheel melds with the flowing design of the updated instrument panel and audio interface, and a digital center rearview mirror will be offered. This technology enables the driver to see behind without the interference of pillars, passengers, or cargo.
Technology and Safety Upgrades
Of course, Hyundai embeds the 2023 Palisade with more of the latest technology, including a 12-inch navigation screen with enhanced resolution, Wi-Fi hotspot access (a Hyundai first), and updated key-free access via the Digital Key 2 smartphone app. Plus, Hyundai’s Bluelink remote vehicle access has been updated with climate settings, driver’s seat position controls, enhanced maintenance information, and vehicle security indicators. Wired and wireless device charging speeds have also been improved.
Hyundai has upgraded many of the Palisade’s safety systems. Forward Collision Avoidance and Highway Driving Assist now use the latest technology for additional safety assurance and driver confidence. Reverse Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist is added to help avoid impact during backing, and it can automatically apply emergency braking as needed. Drivers considering the ’23 Palisade should also be excited to learn that Smart Park Assist, Hyundai’s semi-automatic parking system, will be available as well. And everyone gets better protection from the comprehensive airbag array, which includes a full-length side curtain system that provides coverage for third-row occupants.
All-New XRT Trim
Joining the smaller Santa Fe and Tucson crossovers, the Palisade will be available in the rugged XRT trim, marked by unique front and rear fascia treatments, a specially coordinating front grille, and dark-finished 20-inch alloy wheels. The XRT will also get a power sunroof, black leatherette-trimmed seating, black roof rails, and tough-looking lower door trim.
New Tow Mode Function
The 2023 Palisade continues with the proven 3.8-liter V6, which makes 291 horsepower and 262 lb.-ft. of torque. It will be paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and the standard front-wheel drive or available HTRAC all-wheel-drive system. New for 2023 with HTRAC-equipped vehicles is Tow Mode, which will improve performance during trailering as it reduces shifting frequency by holding lower gears longer.
