Having owned many cars this was by far one of the easiest deals that I have had the chance to complete. I was greeted at the door by Bob Kosior and everything was smooth sailing from there. We took a test drive on a new Sonata (they had the exact one I was looking for) and put the deal together without the hassle you typcially expect at other dealerships. I was offered a fair deal and we were able to complete the process in fast time (although Bob was willing to spend as much or as litte time as I needed to make me comfortable with the deal). Throughout the process, Ryan was always there to lend support as needed or to answer any questions that I had. Went to this dealer based on past experience with Balise Mazda 8 years ago. I called the dealership from my cell phone on Memorial Day afternoon and Aubrey Williams, our sales person gave me directions to the dealership, having never been there before. When we arrived shortly thereafter, a Sonata was waiting for us to review and test drive. Aubrey was very accommodating and thoughtful and she took the time necessary to go through all the features of the car. Our test-drive was stupendous. After the test-drive we received a deal that was too good to pass and we purchased the vehicle. The delivery experience on May 31, 2011, was excellent. They had fogotten to install the moonroof wind deflector and Aubrey took the car into the service area to have it installed after the service department was just closing for the evening. While we waited for them to install it, we met with Wally, a service advisor and we even set-up our first oil change service requirement for the Sonata. Wally was very friendly and he gave us much information about their service. I would highly recommend Aubrey Williams and Balise Hyundai for anyone interested in reviewing a Hyundai vehicle. I was also very impressed with Wally in the service department and the fact that Balise only charges $19.95 for an oil change. I just traded my trusty 2001 Sonata for a new 2011. I wanted to buy another Hyundai, cuz i was so pleased with my 2001 and the service department at this dealership has been outstanding. I also really liked the looks of the new Elantra and Sonata. Chris Beauregard was just great. Really friendly, terrifically informed, and lots of fun to talk to. He spent a lot of time with me. He showed me around the new Elantra and went along for a spin. Ends up I didn't buy the car that day but came back a couple months later, this time looking for the Sonata instead. And you know what? I KNEW I just HAD to buy the car from Chris. Chris is the kind of salesman everyone would like to work with. He is so enthusiastic about the product, and he is simply delightful. He works hard for sale, but he's not overly pushy. Most of all, he works hard at showing you what a great product the car is. He does a great job at what he does. The nitty-gritty business of the sale itself was seamlessly handled by Brian Houser, the sales manager. No nonsense negotiations. A positive experience. Brian is also the best man I have ever seen at multi-tasking. :-) I have had my Sonata for 5 days, and I love it. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Enos, one of the sales people. I test drove a new Sonata Limited Turbo and loved the car. I never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. The whole purchase process was very relaxed with no games or gimmicks. Enos was right on the ball explaining all the features about the car. Ryan Dusza, the sales manager went the extra mile to get me the color combination and options I wanted. He was able to get my car from another dealer otherwise I would have had to wait several weeks for one to come from the factory--job well done! I stopped at Balise to try out the elantra limited and really liked it. Enos Ngugi gave me all the details about the car and was very knowledgeable without trying to talk me into making a decision right away. After I test drove the car and knew I wanted one, we discussed a price for trading in my car. I told him what I wanted for the car and we agreed that it was a fair price. He was very agreeable to swap a elantra on the lot with another dealer for the color I wanted. Ryand Dusza was very assuring that the swap with another dealer would happen. We went to many, many dealerships from Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan, Chevrolet, Ford, Kia, Subaru, etc. looking for a car. At some dealerships no one wanted to talk to us, at others they laughed at how I cared about the color. Then there were those that were so pushy you couldn't wait to leave. When we walked into your showroom, Bob Kosior came up to us right away and asked if he could be of help. He wasn't pushy or obnoxious. He was very polite, and made me feel welcome. He was extremely helpful, and I came back at least 3 times to test drive before making a decision. Each time he treated me with respect. When I finally decided on the Santa Fe he came in on his day off to take care of me. I could have bought it at the other dealership (Jerry Rome)in Holyoke, MA, but he couldn't even find the time to call me back and let me know if I could get it in the color I wanted. The staff at Balise Hyundai were very professional and Bob is one of your star salesmen. I am so pleased how easy it was to buy a car. I only had to come up with the purchase price and all the paperwork, putting on license plates, setting up service appt for lojack, etc. was all done expertly by J. Daniel Schell. He made it a pleasure. Daniel explained everything to my satisfaction and I felt very comfortable driving my new Elantra off the lot. Brian, Stewart, and Chelsea, Rob worked as a team. They were competent, knowledgeable, sensitive to my concerns, and patient. Stewart spent a great deal of time demonstrating all the features of the Elantra to me. There were more knobs than I knew what to do with. After he gave me a lesson, he suggested that I return to the dealership in a few days for a review session to make sure that I was totally comfortable with my new purchase. That's special!!! My fiancee and I went first to (another dealer) and were treated very poorly by the finance manager. After a bait and switch experience we left with our cashiers check in hand. We were planning to lease two new 2011 Sonata SEs. Sadly they weren't able to accommodate us as originally promised and lost the opportunity to earn our business. Needless to say it was a classic example of poor salesmanship, and a lack of honesty that sent us elsewhere. The attitude of the manager was very condescending and unhelpful. That night we found a Balise advertisement online for a more upscale version of the same car we were looking for. We stopped at Balise Hyundai in Springfield MA two hours later. We told them very frankly about our negative experience at (other dealer) earlier that evening. We explained in detail what we were looking for and provided the staff with our information. Enos Ngugi and John Perez both helped us to run the numbers on leasing two 2011 Sonata's (SE Turbo 2.0, an upgrade from what we originally planned on leasing). Both men were friendly, helpful, and honest with us. My fiancee and I were very impressed at the level of detail and professionalism that went into our sale. Balise was very respectful of our time and we finalized the sale the following day. So far we both love our new cars and would highly recommend Balise to anyone looking for a Hyundai. I've been incredibly impressed with the service department. When I've taken my car in, they keep me in the loop and help me make informed decisions. On my last visit, the service advisor went so far as to tell me what were priorities and what could wait. Most places would have tried to talk me into getting every minor issue fixed immediately, no matter the cost. They don't talk down to me just because I am a woman, and are more than happy to answer any questions. On one occasion, I had an issue with a service advisor. Danny, the manager, quickly jumped in and took care of the issue. Since then, I have never had another problem. My car is 10 years old and running great, thanks to their help! I loved my experience with this dealership! I knew exactly what I wanted and I was doing some price comparisons between three dealerships. Balise Hyundai was the only one that didn't give me a hard time about shopping around. They gave me a price, even though they knew I wouldn't be buying a car that very minute. After getting a price from them, I checked out the other two dealerships in my area. Not only did they have higher prices, but they were also incredibly rude about me "shopping around" even though I was very upfront about it! Bottom line: Buy your next new or used vehicle at Balise Hyundai. Be sure to talk to Enos! He has a laid-back approach to sales and he won't mess around with you when it comes to pricing. I went to the dealership looking for a used car for my daughter but after speaking with Enos Ngugi he made me see the value in buying a new car compared to buying a used vehicle. He spent time with us trying to find the right vehicle for her. He always had a smile and he listened to what my daughter wanted. I never felt pressured to buy and was always made to feel welcome. I went to Balise to purchase a new car and trade-in my old Toyota Camry. Personally I am a very picky person and had a not-very-good experience at my near by Hyundai dealer. So when I got a sales call from Springfield MA (which was about 40 mins drive from where I live) I was a little hesitant, but decided to give it a shot. My experience at Balise was very nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly and they were very patient throughout the whole negotiation process. They gave me a good price for the new car and gave a good trade-in price for the old Camry as well. The experience at Balise is the only reason why I still drive all the way to Balise in Springfield MA for even my periodic services and oil changes (Even though I could do it at my nearby Hyundai dealership which is 5 mins away from my house). My son was joining the Air Force and was due to drive to the Air Force Base in Panama City Florida. We explained the situation to the manager - that we needed a reliable used car immediately. Mr. Perez found a used Honda Civic that day - I believe it was from a Balise dealer across the street and we were able to purchase the car for a great price that very day! Our son has since driven the car to Tyndall Air Force Base and he and I could not be happier. The car is perfect and our son loves it. It also gives us peaace of mind knowing that he is driving a safe car. We sincerely could not have expected better treatment from a car dealer and we were treated with great care. Last Friday, I brought my car in for an oil change. As I was pulling in to the service bay, I heard a report on the radio that a bus had flipped on I-91. I work at UMass, and I knew that buses carrying our students had left that afternoon for a ski trip, and one of my students was on the trip. As I went into the waiting room, I was calling coworkers and trying to get a hold of the student, with no answer. Immediately, seeing my tears, the three salesmen that were working that night got on their computers trying to get me as much information as possible and turned the news on so that I could follow the news reports. Luckily, everyone ended up being OK, and my student wasn't on the bus. I truly appreciate the care and concern these three men showed when they could have just ignored me and gone about their days. Just wanted to let you know the hyundai Service Dept is number 1. Lead by Danny Medino, and his fantastic team mates. I had a problem at 6:00 am last Thursday. My wipers broke..in the middle of the rainstorm. The person that answered the phone (a wonderful lady whose name escapes me) was wonderful. My panic stricken voice came thru I am sure but she was wonderful. She said no problem, my car was towed their and fixed by end of day. I was so grateful. The next day I had plans.. I had been invited to my grand daughters tea party at school and was so important to me to attend. Danny has also been there for me during the last few years.
